Both individual/team and business users can use the main features of Collavate including document approval process or adding file tags.
Team edition is a plan for a small group or department. You can invite your members to create a team on Collavate without any extra installation needed.
Business/Enterprise Edition requires a Google Workspace Account. Google Workspace Administrators have to install Collavate for the entire business domain.
