Creating a group is a great way to communicate with members belonging to a department, coordinating for an event, or other collaboration groups for work.
1. On the Collavate Home Menu, click the Create Group button.
2. Enter in a Name for your group, add members by their email address, choose an Icon for your group, and set the group Privacy to be a domain group or a private group.
*Note: A domain group allows everyone in the domain to view posts in the group. Private groups will only show posts to the members belonging to the private group.
3. Click the Create Group button
To add your Google Calendar to your group, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Google Calendar shortcut in your group.
