Collavate is non-refundable upon purchase or renewal. Therefore, if you want to cancel your subscription and stop payment, follow below instructions:
1. Visit the license center on the bottom of the Collavate app.
2. In the pop-up, look for the Renewal options and choose Cancel my service at the end of my term
3. Hit Update
