Collavate’s mobile web edition, the beta version of which has just been released, is available immediately through your smart phone’s browser. Simply visit http://www.collavate.com and click “LOGIN” to begin using. No need to install it from your Google Playstore or Apple Store.
Collavate works on Android phones and on Apple iphones and ipads, and it allows you to easily search, review and approve documents that are submitted to you.
Not only you can review and approve documents, but also open the corresponding documents in Google Docs, and collaborate with your team members in real time. You can also make comments as you approve/reject the documents.
Add Collavate to your home
Add Collavate to your home screen. Then, you can use the Collavate App as if you’ve downloaded the app from an apps marketplace.
Collavate’s Mobile Web edition supports Collavate’s default UI.
If your organization uses our Classic UI, then please temporarily change the UI setting on your profile page to the Default UI (while using the Mobile Web edition), so you can make effective use of Collavate Mobile Web edition.
When you receive an alert email message from Collavate, please click on the Collavate url in the email to automatically begin using Collavate’s newly released Beta Version of our Mobile Web edition.
This is a beta release and so this version of our Mobile Web edition does not contain many functions that will be included in the commercial release. Such features include Remote Drive, creating new documents, initiating the approval process, and uploading files and pictures, all of which will be released by this month.
Besides our Mobile Web edition, Collavate will be releasing a pure mobile application version on Google and Apple stores by the end of this October.
