New Support Portal Launched #

• The Collavate Support button has been updated to connect to a new Support Portal, replacing the previous Post channel. Users can now easily access the complete guide library and get instant answers from the AI chatbot 24/7.
• During chatbot conversations, users can also request a live connection with a support representative at any time.

New Pay-As-You-Go Plan Added #

• Collavate now offers a Pay-As-You-Go plan, providing organizations with a more flexible and cost-effective pricing option. Unlike the Unlimited plan, this plan charges based on the organization’s actual usage, making it ideal for organizations that submit only a small number of approval documents per month. Enhancements #

Collavate Google Docs Extension #

• The Collavate Google Docs extension has been converted to a free version. All users can now use basic approval features such as sequential and parallel approvals at no cost.

Approval #

• Removed unnecessary spacing in the approval popup to improve usability on smaller screens, allowing users to review and approve documents more conveniently.
• Added a notification message when a user attempts to attach a reference file without the required permissions, before the file is automatically excluded.

Templates #

• Improved the alert message shown when an admin changes the activation status of users who have already accepted invitations in the Team Plan.

Misc #

• Improved the design of the User Profile menu.
• Added a Weekly Report option at the top of Profile → Notifications. When enabled, reports are sent every Monday at 9:00 AM based on the Collavate time setting.
• Added a notice on how to connect Google Chat and Slack notifications in Profile → Notifications.
• During the onboarding tutorial, users can now activate only one guide at a time.
• Fixed an issue in the Team Plan where some tooltip messages were partially hidden by UI elements.

Resolved Issues #

Approval #

• Fixed an issue where re-submitted files were not following the current file extension path but reverted to the default setting.
• Improved a UI issue where long user names overflowed beyond their designated space in the approval list.
• Fixed a bug where the daily submission limit notification was incorrectly sent when switching from Team Plan to Business Plan Trial.
• Resolved an issue where approved documents occasionally did not appear in the “Approved” folder and remained in “Pending Approval.”
• Fixed an issue where some users could not proceed with approval during their assigned turn.

Post #

• Fixed a bug where, when mentioning an external user in a post, selecting “No” in the warning popup did not automatically remove the mention.

Templates #

• Fixed an issue where the final save path was not correctly applied when repeatedly creating subfolders within a template folder on the same screen.

Misc #

• Fixed a bug where a temporary white space appeared at the top after changing a user’s profile image.
• Fixed an issue where the Save button was not activated after changing Header or Theme colors in the Profile → Theme Settings menu.
• [JP] Fixed an issue where the tooltip message for “Save frequently used approval lines” was displayed in English instead of Japanese.
