Collavate predefined functions automatically fill in user information such as the organization name, full name, and email address when specific functions are entered.
By entering predefined functions into Google Sheets™, you can automatically pull stored user information during the approval process. This eliminates the need for manual input, simplifying template creation and repetitive data entry.
Note: This feature is available only for Google Sheets™ and cannot be used with other file formats.
How to Enter Predefined Functions in Google Sheets™ #
- Prepare a Google Sheet to be used for the Collavate approval document.
 - Click on the cell where you want to enter a predefined function.
 - Enter the desired predefined function name as is.
 - Submit the completed spreadsheet for approval or register it as a Collavate template.
 - When submitting the document, the entered function will automatically convert to the corresponding user information.
