Now you can save your favorite process line and create domain shared templates in Default UI. Previously, these features existed only in Classic UI. Through this release, you are able to put together 4 different documents into one template and designate often-used process line in Default UI.
1. Personal Template
After creating document(s) and/or adding reviewers, you can click “Publish contents and members as my template” button to create a template for personal use.

After adding all of the reviewers, you can click “Publish contents and members as my template” button to create a template for your personal use.

Your saved personal templates can be found in “My template” menu under Process menu.
You can begin process directly from your template by checking the box next to the template title and clicking “Start Process” on top right corner of the screen.
The template instantly duplicates itself as you click the “Start Process” button, so your original template will stay unchanged.
If you wish to make changes to your original template file, you can simply click the title of the template.
1-2. Domain Shared Template
If When you install Collavate to your Google Apps account, you can create and use your domain’s shared templates in Docs Template menu under Admin’s menu in Collavate. Here, you will be able to view, select types, and sort your shared templates.
Additionally, if you click “Create Shared Template” button located top right corner of the screen, you will be able to create a new shared template for your domain.
2. Save a process line as “My Favorite” and use it again
There are many moments where you would be submitting your documents to same line of people over and over again.
For example, if there is a policy in your organization that tells you to submit a particular form to a particular group of people, it would be convenient if you could save those line of people to reuse later on. “My Favorite” feature of Collavate allows you to do so.
Of course, you can create a personal template and save process members with your template, but for the documents that you didn’t save as templates, “My Favorite” feature can be very handy.

In My Favorite menu, the approvers without arrow in between them can review your documents simultaneously. The arrow indicates next round of approvers.
3. Approve documents directly from smartphones.
Now you are able to instantly approve any documents in your email, directly from your smartphone. If you are already logged into your Google account in your mobile web browser, you can directly open your email and approve your document by clicking “Approve” button in the email. Since it works through Email, you can utilize this feature both in your PC and mobile.

If you are currently using Classic UI, you can proceed to your profile menu and change UI setting to Default UI. You will instantly be able to enjoy all of the features described above.
