Add reviewer to approval process

1. Go to ProcessStart Process.
2. On the right menu, go to the Process tab.
3. Add reviewer.

Note: How to add reviewers in multi-layer
Click + button to add more layers, or add reviewer for the same layer. Reviewers in next layers can only approve/reject the process when the approval process is done in layer before.
To add multiple reviewers in the same layer, administrator(s) should turn on this feature in admin settings.

Save the reviewer(s) list as Favorite #

You can save the reviewer list as Favorites for later use.

1. Go to ProcessStart Process.
2. On the right menu, go to the Process tab.
3. Add reviewer.
4. Check on Add to Favorites.
5. Add names to favorites and click Save.

If you successfully saved your reviewer(s) list as Favorites, you can quickly load your Favorites for a new approval process. Go to Select reviewers fromFavorites and click names you want to import.
