1. Log in to Collavate.
2. On the bottom, click Collavate Support.
3. Click Support Group.
4. Describe the issue you have and click Post.

  • You can attach files by clicking button.
  • Only you can see the post.
  • Please provide screenshots or steps to reproduce the error for a faster and precise resolution.
  • You can receive a response from our team within 1 business day.
