How to pay your Collavate subscription

How to add, remove, or edit your payment method #

  1. Log in to Collavate with an administrator account.
  2. On the bottom left, click License Center.
  3. In the payment method section, click Add new card.
  4. Fill out the information.
  5. Click Save.
Note: To change your payment method, click the check icon next to a card number. You can delete a payment method by clicking the trash can icon.

How to add/reduce your subscription count #

You can change the number of subscriptions for Collavate in the License Center.

  1. Log in to Collavate with an administrator account.
  2. On the bottom left, click License Center.
  3. In the Your subscription section, click Manage Subscription.
  4. Change the amount.
    • Team members: Number of members currently using Collavate in your organization.
    • Remote users: Number of external users invited to your Collavate. 
  5. Click Continue to Review.

Fix payment issues on your account #

Expired credit cards or old billing addresses are a common reason for payments to not work properly. Refer to here for more information about adding a new payment method.

You can also write to Collavate support if you have issues with payments.

If you were receiving discounts (i.e. non-profit organizations, educational institutions, etc.), if the existing automatic payment is canceled due to a lack of balance, the discount will not be applied after renewal. If you need assistance on this issue, please contact the Collavate sales team.

Accepted payment methods on Collavate #

After the trial ends, you can pay by credit card, or depending on the location of your business, you may also pay by direct deposit. We can’t accept purchase orders, checks, ACH/wire, cryptocurrency, barter, or other forms of payment. Please contact the Collavate sales team for more information.
