What’s Changed?
New User Onboarding Tutorial and UI Enhancements
Previously, new users faced challenges adapting to Collavate due to the lack of a dedicated onboarding tutorial. To improve the new user experience, this update introduces intuitive UI enhancements and a step-by-step onboarding tutorial.
Now, new users can systematically learn how to use essential features upon signing up, making it easier to utilize Collavate efficiently.
Unified PDF Printing Menu
To meet diverse user needs, Collavate previously provided multiple PDF printing buttons, which sometimes caused confusion. Based on valuable feedback, we have unified the PDF printing menu in this update.
Now, by selecting the “More” menu in the e-approval popup or edit screen and clicking the “Print (Download as PDF)” button, users can access a single printing popup to view and configure all PDF printing options.
