New Language Support: French Added #

• French has been newly added to the list of available languages in Collavate. This allows French-speaking users to access Collavate’s powerful features more easily.

Enhancements #

Approval #

• Improved the time required to submit approvals.
• Enhanced the process of selecting and approving multiple approvals at once to ensure the task is not interrupted midway.
• Updated the approver dropdown list to gray out users who have already been added, making it easier to manage approvers.
• Improved the in-app notifications for electronic approval resets so that notifications are now sent based on the reset time rather than the submission time, ensuring that these notifications appear at the top of the notification list.
• Enhanced the AI summary feature to allow users to view the applied tag list even while the feature is running.

• Fixed an issue where document type names that were too long would overflow in the domain shared template list.

Admin Settings #

• Fixed an issue where more than 300 items in the Admin > User Management menu list caused repeated display of items.

Drive Manager #

• Resolved an issue where approvals with GDPR applied could not be sorted by “Last Modified Date” in the Drive Manager menu.

• Fixed an issue where search results were displayed abnormally when the search query included specific special characters.
• Resolved an issue where Team Plan administrators were unable to access Collavate after changing their email account.
• Corrected an issue where the submit icon appeared broken in the Collavate Google Drive Add-on.
