Collavate AI #
- To extend the AI Summary feature’s open beta benefits to more users, starting from September 10, 2024, the AI Summary feature will be set to “enabled” status. If your organization does not allow AI feature activation, please contact the Collavate support team at support@collavate.com.

- Improved to prevent the issue of specific user accounts being temporarily unable to proceed with approvals.
- Simplified the metadata displayed in the Google Drive file description for approvals.

Resolved Issues #
Approval #
- Fixed an issue where the recipient and cooperation options were displayed in read-only mode, even when disabled, during department approvals.
- Resolved the issue where department approval submitters were not granted file list addition permissions as per the admin settings.
- Fixed an issue where department approval approvers, who had editing rights, were also granted file list modification rights in error.
- Addressed an issue where only reference files were copied when both reference files and regular attachments were added to an electronic approval during copying.
- Fixed an issue where attempting to add a reference file, already added after starting an electronic approval, would not trigger any action.

- Fixed an issue where a shared template from a domain not owned by the admin failed to load correctly, and the loading stopped after approximately 10 seconds.
