Enhancements #
Added ‘Apply all TAGs’ feature #
- Before, only one tag could be added to the approval, which required a lot of unnecessary loading time. With this update, you can add multiple tags at once by simply clicking the ‘Apply TAGs’ button. Users can now apply multiple tags to approval documents faster and easier.
Added ‘Reprocess’ prefix option to document no. policy #
- You can now add ‘Reprocess’ prefix for reprocessed approvals in Admin > Doc No Policy. Collavate administrators can select the reprocess prefix option from the settings to add [Reprocess] prefix to all reprocessed approvals.
Improvement on post attachments saving location #
- Files attached to post comments will now be automatically moved to uploader’s Google Drive. You can easily locate your attachments in the ‘Collavate Post Files’ folder in your Google Drive.
Automatic data deletion for Collavate dormant users #
- Users who have not logged in to Collavate for more than 6 months will now receive an email notification for data deletion. If there is no activity on Collavate even after the notification email has been sent, the user’s data will be automatically deleted 1 month after the date of email received.

Post #
- Fixed an issue where comments made in customer support posts could not be edited.
- Fixed an issue where the ‘Leave Group’ button is displayed instead of the ‘Join’ button when the user revisits the group page when a user is removed by the group manager.
- Fixed an issue where, when @mentioning a user from the same domain in a post and then using the enter key to write a post, a warning about the external user’s mention is displayed and the post content written after the user’s email was deleted.
- Fixed an issue where the archived posts with deadline appear both in ‘archived’ and ‘posts with deadline’ menu.
- Fixed an issue where the group post notification emails do not follow user’s notification settings.
- Fixed an issue where users cannot upload Group Post cover photos.

Approval Process #

- Fixed an issue where the message “submitting approval document” would continue to regenerate even when the close button was pressed before submission was complete.

- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to view the approval menu for an automatically canceled electronic approval that exceeded the deadline set by the submitter.

Template #
- Fixed an issue where the approval options set would not be saved together when saving a template.

Admin #
- Fixed an issue where an error mail was sent when changing the Collavate document manager, if you did not use the ‘Change owner of existing files to new document manager’ option and kept the existing document manager account.
- If the number of Collavate users you want to change in the User Management menu is greater than the number of licenses available in the domain, “There is no number of licenses available.” message was displayed and changes were not saved regardless of the result. This issue have been resolved.
- Fixed an issue where each document validation name in the menu was displayed beyond the display area.
- Fixed an issue where the Collavate admin cannot delete user’s autograph in Admin > User Management > User Profile menu.
- Fixed an issue where some document validation test reports cannot be received by email.
- Fixed an issue where ‘last updated’ timestamp is updated multiple times while the synchronization is in-progress.
Collavate Mobile #
- Fixed an issue where the Collavate sign-up screen was not displayed normally on mobile devices.
- Fixed an issue where the scroll bar in the attachment list does not work, so the entire attachment list cannot be checked.
