• A new tutorial feature has been added for new Collavate users. New users can now learn the basics of Collavate’s features.

• An AI Summary button has been added to the top of the approval pop-up. Clicking it will instantly generate a summary of the open file.

• Simplified the PDF output options. Users can now conveniently complete print settings on a single screen without navigating complex options in the “More” menu.
• Improved app stability in unstable network environments during approval processes.

Approval process #

• Fixed an issue where attached files added in the approval popup were not immediately displayed in the list.
• Resolved an issue where group emails already added as collaborators/recipients were incorrectly displayed in the approval line suggestion list.
• Addressed a bug where newly added tags in edit mode for approvals with many attachments were duplicated.
• Fixed an issue where creating a new approval submission during an ongoing approval process caused submission failures.
• (JP) Corrected an issue where approval reminder notifications were sent in Korean. Improved the display of filenames with bold text.

• Fixed an issue where updated group profile images were not reflected in real-time.
• Resolved a bug allowing non-group members to publish posts to specific groups.
• Corrected an issue where the autocomplete list did not appear during user mentions (@) in post editing.
• Fixed the activity time display error in in-app notifications for “likes” on comments authored by the user.
• Resolved an error where canceling a post deadline edit displayed “null.”

Templates #

• Resolved a bug where editing shared templates from a different domain stalled if the admin did not own the template.

• Corrected an error where setting blank cells in the template numbering rules caused the configuration to reset.

Admin settings #

• Fixed an issue where the default GDPR expiration date (2 years) could not be modified in admin settings.
• Addressed an error occurring when inviting expired licensed users to a team.

• Fixed connection errors for users who pre-installed the Collavate add-on exclusively from Google Workspace Marketplace.
• (KR, JP) Corrected typos in some Collavate Google Chat chatbot notifications.
• (IT) Resolved an intermittent issue where AI summaries did not follow Collavate’s language settings.
• Fixed an issue where the default document type occasionally displayed in Russian, regardless of language settings.
