Enhancements #

Switch to Stripe for Payments #

  • We’ve become aware that some users experienced issues with card payments through PayPal. To provide a more stable and seamless payment experience, we have transitioned the payment platform from PayPal to Stripe for new subscribers.
  • If you are currently subscribed via card payment and would like to switch to Stripe, please contact us at support@collavate.com, and we will assist you.

Approval #

  • Fixed an issue where an incorrect permission error message was shown when resetting (canceling) an approval document.

  • A banner for Collavate Live is now displayed on the home screen. Join our 15-minute Q&A session daily at 10:00 AM KST to ask questions and interact freely with our Collavate experts.
  • Successfully renewed Google Cloud App Security Assessment for 2025.

Resolved Issues #

Post #

  • Fixed an issue where posts marked as “Announcement” by administrators were displayed at the top of regular posts instead of in the notice section.
  • Fixed an error that occurred when attaching multiple large files to a post.
  • Resolved infinite loading when trying to delete a draft post after search.
  • Fixed an issue where comments were not saved when mentioning a new user.

Drive Manager #

  • Resolved an issue where infinite loading occurred when adding tags to files that were never submitted through Collavate.

Admin Settings #

  • Fixed an issue where the number of users did not update in real-time when users were activated or deactivated.

Collavate Add-on #

  • Fixed an issue where the notice page could not be accessed in mobile environments.
  • Fixed an HTML error that occurred when refreshing the page on mobile.
  • Fixed an issue where users could not upload a new signature file on mobile devices.
  • Fixed an issue where users with 2-step verification (2SV) enabled could not log in from mobile.
