Change your notification settings

Collavate sends notifications when there are updates in posts or approvals you are involved with. You can control the notifications you receive through the Collavate notification settings menu. 

Set your notification settings #

  1. On the top right, click your profile image.
  2. Click My Account.
  3. Go to the Notifications menu.
  4. Click on the dropdown menu for each notification item to change the settings.
  5. Click Save.
Note: You cannot turn off notifications for certain items.

Turn on/off weekly report notifications #

With the Collavate weekly report, you can review the documents you’ve received and submitted over the past week, sorted by their current status. To receive the weekly report, please refer to the following guide.

  1. On the top right, click your profile image.
  2. Click My Account.
  3. Go to the Notifications menu.
  4. Locate Collavate weekly report at the bottom of the list
  5. Select email from the drop down menu.
  6. Click Save.
