Add a signature on Process

Activate signature function #

To add a personal signature of the process, Collavate administrators have to activate the signature function for the domain.

1. ClickAdmin.
2. Go to Process.
3. Activate Signatures.
4. Click Save Settings.

Upload your signature on Collavate #

1. On top right, click profile imageProfile update.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Upload your signature.
4. Click Save.

Note: 

  • It is recommended to use signature image size in 100px*80px. Collavate will resize your image to 100px*80px.
  • When you upload your signature on Collavate, your signature will appear next to your name when approving the documents. The signatures will also be on PDF cover files when converting a process into PDF.
