If you are using Collavate business plan or team plan, you can also submit a process to users who are not belong to your domain. External users who receive your process can review, approve or reject without purchasing a Collavate license.
When you submit a process to external users’ email, the external users will receive an email notification requesting for review, where the user can directly review, approve or reject without any sign-in needed.Note: External users can’t create a document or start a process. You have to sign in to Collavate in order to start a process.
