This document covers general questions about Collavate administrator features.

Q. I’d like to migrate to a new Google Workspace Domain.

A. If you want to change your Google Workspace domain(e.g. change your domain from user@abc.com to user@xyz.com),  you can migrate your existing Collavate data to your new domain.

You can request data migration to Collavate Support Team(support@collavate.com). Please provide us with current domain and new domain address you want to use. After receiving your request our assistant will contact you for more specific information. You can also post at our support group for 1:1 assistance.

Note: Data migration will take up to 3 days. Please check your schedule and request to Collavate Support.

A. Administrator features in only available for Collavate team edition or above. If you are using Google Workspace, you can try Collavate business edition for free during 7 days at Google Workspace Marketplace. Learn more | Install Collavate on Google Workspace

A. Yes. you can add Collavate gadget in your website or Google Sites.

  • Google Site: You can add gadget using Google Sites tools. Learn more | Google guide
  • Website that supports XML: If your website supports XML widgets, you can add Collavate gadget by adding below URL to your website.
