Edit and reprocess submitted process

Reprocess feature allows users to make changes to an already processed document, then resubmit for approval again, maintaining version history. To use this feature, your Collavate administrator must  allow this feature in the admin settings. Learn more | Activate reprocess feature for your domain

1. Click the In-progress/rejected process documents.
2. Go to the Approval tab.
3. Click MoreReprocess.

Note: You can also start your process again with the Reprocess button.
Same document: Use the same document to reprocess. The contents will be overwritten when editing.
Make a copy: Make a copy of the document.

4. (Optional) Edit the contents and add/remove reviewers.
5. (Optional) Add/remove references or attachments.
6. Click Save.
