Send Reminder

The ‘Send Reminder’ feature allows you to send a reminder email requesting review of a document if there’s no feedback from the approver.

You can do in one of two ways:

1. Navigate to the Process Menu and go to Sent Docs > Submitted page, select the file and then click the Send Reminder button.


2. Go to the Posts with Process tab, Send Docs > Submitted menu page, select the three dot button on document feed that needs to be reminded, and then click the Send Reminder button.


Then the following pop-up window will show up, enter the message and press the Send button. Tick on Send a copy of this email to myself if you want to receive the message as well.
